2009 Nov. & Dec. Rates - All rooms $800.00 / month

2010 Jan. & Feb. Rates* - All rooms $850.00 / month

*January and February have a 2 month minimum. Monthly rates are for 2 Adults per room.
Note: Winter activities/cook-outs are included. Note: All A & C units have full kitchens. *

• Advance Payment: We require a $100 advance payment in the form of cash, check, money order or major credit card in order to confirm your reservation. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover & American Express. If you are staying longer than 1 month, the advance payment will be credited toward your last month.
• Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your reservation, you must call 30 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your advance payment, less a $20 cancellation fee.
• Maid Service: No maid service is included in the monthly rates. Maid service is available daily for a fee of $120.00 for the entire month, once a week for $20, bi-weekly for $40 plus tax. You may exchange your linens at the front desk or with housekeeping staff working on your floor one time per week at no charge. Monthly guests have to provide their own cleaning supplies, soap, cups and all other paper products. Vacuum cleaners, brooms and dust pans are available to check out at the front desk.
• Other Policies: All monthly rentals must pay by the 1st of the month by cash, check, money order or major credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover & American Express. Extra guests, up to the room's occupancy limit, may stay for a charge of $10 per guest, per night. Keep in mind, above rates do not include lodging tax.
