We are all looking forward to another great Spring Break! We know after a long winter everyone will be ready to hit the beaches for some fun in the sun. The area businesses here in Panama City Beach have been working for the past year planning events and entertainment to make 2009 the best Spring Break yet!

We are centrally located to all the fun that the beach strip has to offer:

• Spinnaker Beach Club
• Hammerhead Fred's
• Harpoon Harry's
• Shipwreck Island Water Park
• St. Andrews State Park
• Gulf World
• Zoo World, unusual miniature golf courses, sea museums, and sight-seeing trips by boat.

In order to ensure everyone has a good, safe trip the following policies will be enforced during your stay at the Beachtower Resort Motel:

1. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Upon arrival, a $300 cash damage deposit is required prior to registration. The damage deposit will be refunded after an inspection of the room by management on the morning of your departure. A clean-up fee may be assessed depending on the condition of the room. All keys must be turned in and all phone charges taken care of at this time.
2. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: We do not guarantee room numbers or floor levels. Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am.
3. ARMBANDS: Each registered guest will sign a release at check-in and will be issued an armband which must be worn at all times. There will be a $20 fee assessed for a lost armband.
4. UNREGISTERED GUESTS: No unregistered guests are allowed on the Beachtower Resort property after 11pm. Unregistered guests visiting you past 11pm will be cause for your eviction.
5. PARKING PASSES: Each room will be issued one parking pass. The parking pass must be hung on the rear view mirror of the vehicle that is registered in the office. You will be responsible for parking additional cars off premises. Any vehicle that does not have a parking pass displayed will be towed.
6. KEYS: There will be 2 keys issued per room with a $20 fee to replace lost keys.
7. ALCOHOL: No drinking in public areas. (i.e. pool area, parking lot, hallways)

We do want you all to have a great time during your visit to Panama City Beach, and we'll do anything we can to help facilitate this. We respect the fact that you are in town to have a good time. However, we do expect respect toward our employees and our property. Please keep in mind that our employees or security personnel will have the right to enter any room for maintenance, cleaning service or inspection at any time.
